More than 120.000 teachers demonstrated yesterday afternoon, in Lisbon, against the evaluation system that the government is imposing on them.
They want to stop the system because it is highly burocratic, unfair and aims to destroy the teachers' dignity in their career.
Teachers want to be evaluated, but they don't want this evaluation.
It's time the government listens to all the voices spoken out loudly but respectufully.
Education needs motivated, not frustrated teachers.
